Lori P. Hoag
President
Lori Hoag has been in various marketing positions over the last twenty years and has worked for non-profit and for-profit organizations alike. Her "hands-on" experience in creating marketing collateral such as catalogs, brochures, advertisements, direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, and the like as well as the creation of various websites provides in-depth knowledge of core marketing initiatives. Through this experience, Ms. Hoag thoroughly understands marketing from a "hands-on" approach in the creation process to restructuring and directing marketing departments with positive outcomes--increasing sales and productivity while reducing expenses.
In addition, her experience has included strategic marketing campaigns, email campaigns, online advertising, brand positioning and pricing, incentive programs (external and internal initiatives), corporate imaging, new product development, product branding, tradeshow exhibiting, and advertising. Over the years, she has understood the need to analyze each marketing intiative which has given her invaluable experience in data analysis and reporting.
Ms. Hoag likes to "think outside of the box" and treats the phrase "because we have always done it that way" as a challenge to be overcome with positive results. Because she has been successful in implementing this train of thought over the last twenty years, she is excited about the possibility of working for you to make a difference in your company.
Christopher Gasper

Chris Gasper is currently a Regional Sales Manager for a multi-billion dollar steel manufacturer specializing in abrasive-resistant steel products. With over twenty years of experience in various sales positions in the industrial sector, his knowledge and expertise consists of customer base generation, customer retention, customer relationship management, and the value and impact of superb customer service. Mr. Gasper has demonstrated the ability to consistently expand his customer base by at least 20% per year via the creation and cultivation of new territories for various corporations with ease.
In addition to Mr. Gasper's sales functions, he also understands the importance and value of promotional products. Over the years, he has had the responsibility of coordinating tradeshows and hands on experience in using promotional products via strategic marketing campaigns to enhance product awareness.
